John Lennon
I'm not going to woffle on about John Lennon,
the guy was immense and his lifes work speaks for itself.
It is approaching Christmas 2008 as I write this and the world
suffers still from the blind hypocrisy he campaigned so furiously
against. He wanted everyone to open their eyes. He asked everyone
to see the truth. The message in the song below and the video
are self explanatory. Let us all mouth the words "Give
peace a chance" and decide as one voice that the war
is over... we can only hope... I think John Lennon would have
been encouraged and perhaps excited by the election of Barack
Obama to the US Presidency... Hope once again truly does beat
in the heart of the world...
